RESOURCES
We’ve been slow-traveling for 13 years now and have learned a lot about navigating the World with just the essentials.
Finding accessible and reliable information, products, and services such as art supplies, travel information, flights, accommodations, tours + excursions, and health insurance is a lot of work…
In our opinion, these are some of the best resources we’ve found, and hope that by sharing these sites with you, we can help make your journey a little easier.
We hope to add more as we go along, but until then, here are some of our favorites…

Lonely Planet has been our most reliable travel partner since we first set out to explore. We’ve bought so many travel guidebooks that I can’t even count… In addition to their awesome guidebooks, they offer a variety of services like connecting folks with personal tours and exciting excursions, and they will even help plan entire trips in the country of your choice. They continue to amaze us.

When we first started traveling, digital nomad insurance didn’t even exist. When SafetyWing started, we found the prices reasonable and bought it right away, which made our travels way more stress-free. They offer super affordable travel insurance plans for travelers and digital nomads, and global health insurance for remote workers and companies. What a relief…

We were thrilled to find this gem=Bookshop. We are avid readers and carry our favorite books with us wherever we travel. We’ve curated a TravelAristsHub bookstore within Bookshop, featuring our favorite books and some we can’t wait to read… The best thing about Bookshop is that part of the purchase proceeds goes to helping support Independent Bookstores=YAY!!!

We have been going gleefully to Blick Art Materials since we were kids. No matter what the creative project (and believe me, we have had many many many projects), paints, sketchbooks, pencils, charcoal, or just a little journal to take on our travels – Blick Art Materials has always had everything we’ve needed to get going. It’s truly an artist’s dream world…
